What is your returns and exchanges policy?

We’ll happily allow returns & exchanges for items in their original condition when:

  • a. The item you purchased did not fit well
  • b. You did not receive the item you purchased
  • c. The item you purchased is defective
  • d. The item you received is incomplete
  • e. The item you received is incorrect

If your purchase isn't the right fit for you, then you have 30 days to ask for a new size and we'll send it to you ASAP! For these cases, you can check out our Exchange Process here.

As for refunds, we usually work on a case-to-case basis, but here are our fundamental refund rules:

  • a. No refunds on sale items, sorry!
  • b. Refunds can be issued up to 15 days after you ordered. Once the 30 days are over, we’ll assume you’re satisfied with your items and will make your sale definite.
  • c. Unfortunately,you might pay for the shipping costs. Once your item’s been shipped, we’ve already paid the provider and can’t even get the money back ourselves - even if we ask nicely!

Cosmolle does reserve the right to deny any return or refund request, but that’s just some legal lingo we need to add here just in case. Please, if there’s anything wrong with your order, give us a chance to make things right!
